This is the Hypertrophy training program I used to achieve my first real fitness goal. I was focused on gaining weight, building muscle and improving strength as much as possible!

I just made a few changes to the original one thanks to my last years experience.

I can’t promise you that you are gonna lift 150kg on the bench press but you are definitely going to be and look stronger.

  • Heavy weights needed
