As I always said every kind of fitness activity is better than sitting on the sofa watching tv so if you REALLY have no time to go the gym at least sweat your a** off with this home workout routine.
3 Home Workout + 1 park or street (no more than 25/30 mins workout)
You just need:
– Fitness Mat
– Jump Rope
– Barbell (Women: 2x 2kg + 2x 4/5 kg – Men: 2x 8/10kg + 2x 14/15kg)
